Salt: The next health target.

In the New York Times, newest Salt research.

Basically, Salt levels have been steadily increasing in process foods and it is causing some major problems. New your may be going after salt like they have trans fats and cigarettes. I do think salt intake should be reduced and, along with high fructose corn syrup, maybe a big factor in the health problems we are facing as a country.
